Conditions subject
to which Ras Resorts bookings are accepted :
1. The advance is non-refundable or transferable. In case
of any cancellations, charges for the entire period of stay
are payable by the guests, whether room is occupied or not.
2. Reservation is liable to be cancelled if full advance
is not paid.
3. Check-out time is 12.00 Noon. Check-in time is 2.00 P.M.
or subject to availability.
4. Resort will hold the reservation until 6.00 P.M. unless
otherwise notified.
5. Rates are for room only or package as specified.
6. At the time of booking, please check (a) the room rate
(b) the type of room
7. Only courtesy pick-up from Vapi station is provided at
no charge, but subject to availability. No claims will be
entertained if pick-up is not available.
8. If room reserved is not available at the rate requested,
reservation will be made at next higher rate.
9. Extension of stay shall be permitted subject to availability
and at the discretion of the management.
10. Room shall be allotted at Silvassa on Check-in at the
discretion of the Front Office staff.
11. Bills must be settled upon presentation.
12. For use of Ras Resorts swimming pool collect facility
card at reception at Refundable deposit of Rs.200/-.
13. Outside Food and Beverages are not permitted.
14. If for some reason beyond the control of Management rooms
are not available at the time of check-in the Management's
liability will be limited to the amount of advance paid for
the booking only.
15. No animals/pets permitted in the Resort premises.
16. No cooking is permitted in the Resort premises.
17. Amendment of Rules: the Management reserves to itself
the right to add to, or alter or amend any of the above terms
and conditions and rules and in addition all letting out rules
posted in the room will apply.
